These photos are from a day-trip to Joshua Tree with Aaron in early October, 2003, just after our qualifying exams. It was really hot in the afternoon, and we hiked way out to the Wonderland to climb "Room to Shroom", and after that we were just too lazy to do much else. So while we were there, since I had just followed RTS, I decided to lead it for my first trad lead ever. Then we hiked all the way back out, went to Hemmingway, and proceeded to get ourselves into what became known as "The Chimichanga Epic". Read on for details....
