I was using this at the belay in the middle of Mental Physics, and the plastic
piece inside the webbing just snapped. I was pulling on it a little, maybe a
bit harder than I should have, but not that hard. I didn't expect it to just
snap. It did always seem like this one was not as sturdy as the Metolius one,
which is too bad, because it's bigger, and hence can handle a pair of
half/twin ropes much more easily. Anyway, it's pretty much useless now. :-(
