I found this clipped to one of the two bolts at the top of Chimps and Cheetahs
in Joshua Tree. I'm guessing someone left it there to lower off from, but that
struck me as pretty unnecessary, as it was pretty easy to scramble down. The
biner looks old, but in reasonably good condition.
