Tiny tiny toad

Due to the massive rains that had fallen a few weeks earlier, some parts of the desertscape were teaming with new life. In the area of Barker Dam, there were thousands of tiny baby frogs like this one. Earlier in the day, there had been so many that it was hard to walk without stepping on them. But at this point in the afternoon, this was one of the few who stood still long enough for me to get his picture.
