Me leading pitch 12

After our brief rest and lunch, I resumed leading with the next pitch. My spirits were much higher, having rested and eaten, and having reached Dolt Tower, the first big landmark of the climb after Sickle Ledge. It also helped to know that we only had three short easy pitches left before we reached El Cap Towers, our destination for the night. Still, we wanted to move quickly, as we were hoping to lead and fix one or two pitches beyond that, to give us a jump start on the following day.

Pitch 12 was pretty simple: a tension traverse off the right side of Dolt Tower, followed by some easy traversing and a little free climbing up to a small ledge. The hauling was also pretty short and simple.
