How to body haul, part 1

I led pitch 14, bringing us to El Cap Towers, the amazingly plush bivy ledge where we planned to spend the night. The pitch consisted of mostly fourth class traversing, with a few moves of easy fifth class. The hauling was also surprisingly easy, despite the fact that I was hauling from a ledge. Because the pitch traversed so much, Aaron chose to follow the pitch on belay instead of jugging, so he waited until I had hauled the pigs. While I was hauling, he took this picture, and the next, which give a good demonstration of how to body haul. In this picture, I'm up and the pigs are just below me...
